Today was a nice, relaxing Saturday. I did get up and go to Zumba to get my workout in. Then came home and met my mom here again and fixed her one of my "clean" breakfasts! She loved it so much yesterday that she wanted to come back and have more! I relaxed the rest of the day and it was marvelous. Around 7 pm, we met my in-laws at a new pizzeria here in town called "Pizza Pie Buffet." There really wasn't a whole lot there that I could eat, but I made the best of it. There was a small salad bar, which was actually quite good. Then there was LOTS of pizza and dessert pizza. Yikes! I stayed away from that, but I did have a tiny, tiny bowl of whole wheat pasta and drank lots of water. See, there are challenges everywhere you go. You just have to learn how to deal with them and make the right choices.
The rest of the night was quiet and I just read and watched some new ZIN choreography. The new ZIN 32 is pretty awesome. Lots of new moves coming! :) But I like to choreograph my own, too. I have several of my own routines that I put together. What a fun life I have with this Zumba!

Breakfast-
1 bowl creamy buckwheat cereal
1 smoothie with 1 c. almond milk, 1 apple, 1/2 c. blueberries, 1 scoop shakeology powder, handful of spinach
1 c. green tea
32 oz water
No mid-morning snack
Lunch-
Tossed salad with albacore tuna, celery, green bell pepper, sunflower seeds and low-cal Italian dressing
16 oz water
Mid-afternoon snack-
20 almonds
16 oz water
Dinner-
Salad bar with romaine lettuce, peas, kidney beans, boiled eggs, sunflower seeds and low-cal ranch dressing
1/2 c. whole wheat pasta
1/2 c. pineapple
1/2 c. peaches
32 oz water
No after-dinner snack
