I HATE them! Ugh. When I first bought them, they felt great. I have even been walking around in them to get used to the feel. But they support my feet so much, that they make my feet fall asleep when I am teaching Zumba! I cannot dance in them very well at all. I guess they will have to be walking shoes, and I will have to get me some good dancing shoes with support. This is very frustrating. I am normally not a whiner, but this just stinks. If my feet aren't happy, then I am not happy. A lady in my class tonight showed me her Nike Musiques. I may just have to go and get me a pair.
Well, Memorial Day is over, and I am so glad to be back on my clean eating plan. I just ate way too much rich food over the holiday. But it was a great holiday weekend, and I enjoyed the time spent with my family and friends. I don't know why we have to have our days to splurge because with me, it really backfires. Yes, it tastes good at the moment, and is fun to eat that way, but then I feel just awful afterwards! Plus, I have been resting my foot for the last week, and have not had any aerobic exercise. (Just doing my Zumba and toning from a chair, but that is way different) I was hurting tonight teaching! LOL So, with that said, it is nice to be back on whole foods and moving my body again.
I will be teaching Thursday night again, but I feel like I need a class tomorrow, too! I need to get back into the swing of things. Oh the joy of starting over :)
I will list my menu for today, day 80, and list all the good and whole foods I ate! Now time to go to bed and rest this body! *sigh*
