Day 72- My foot!

Oh no!  I think I have done something to my foot.  Friday, I went to a friend's Zumba class at the rec center, and while I was working out, my foot started to sting a little.  Then my ankle felt like it was going to give out.  I wore different shoes that night, and I am thinking they did not have good enough support.
I am going to have to call my foot doc in the morning and see if I can get in.  I will be sick if there is something really wrong with it.  It has been swollen all weekend.  I am normally not a whiner, but this really frustrates me!  I just have too much going on to have a hurt foot.  Especially with teaching Zumba!  Ack!

A few years ago, I went to the University to walk the stairs.  I went up and down those long stairs a few times, and I felt fine.  The next day I woke up and could barely walk.  I went in to the foot doc and he took x-rays.  I had chipped a small bone in my foot and it was horribly painful.  I hope that is not what has happened here.  I had to wear a brace for 6 weeks.  I am hoping it is just a small sprain.

Other than the foot grief, my day has been good.  Our family went to see the 4th Pirates of the Carribean movie.  It was great!  I love Johnny Depp.  Penelope Cruz was good, too!

Well, I am off to bed friends.  I am going elevate and ice this foot and try to make it feel better.  Here is a little health tip for the day.  This came from one of my friends on FB.  She has some great tips on her page, so I am going to pass her tip on to you.  Goodnight!
