Day 35- Back on track

I am back on track.  I was a little nervous after I fell off the wagon Saturday, but I am going strong again!  I just want to say that if you are on a journey like I am, and you have a day where you stray from your plan, just get right back on the road again the next day.  Easy enough.  A lot of people, and I have been one of them, often think that once you mess up, that is it.  I have done that SO many times in the past.  Just pick up from where you left off.  No biggie. 
My body was actually very happy that I got back on my plan!  It is amazing at how we feel when we are not eating well.  I know I had a hard time Sunday after splurging a little on Saturday.  But the baby shower was a success and so much fun.  Below is a picture of my mom and I at the event.  A wonderful day, indeed!

Well, tomorrow is another day!  Here is what I ate today:

Breakfast-
2 scrambled eggs
2 slices turkey bacon
1 c. green tea
32 oz water

Mid-morning snack-
1/2 c. raisins
16 oz water

Lunch-
Smoothie with 1 c. almond milk, 1/2 c. blueberries, 1 apple, handful of spinach
16 oz water

Mid-afternoon snack-
Tossed salad with tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, green bell pepper and low-cal Italian dressing
16 oz water

Dinner-
Quinoa Stuffed Peppers (Very good!)
16 oz water

After-dinner snack-
20 almonds
