Hope that you all had a very wonderful Easter today. Our Easter here was great. I prepared cheesy potatoes and strawberry delight cake for easter dinner at my mom's house. We went over to mom's house around 4 for dinner, and it was so good! Once again, I ate only a little of the main course and did not have any dessert. But I sure wanted to! My sister-in-law loves this strawberry delight cake and I promised her that I would make it. This is the sister-in-law pregnant with twins! :)
I forgot to mention yesterday that I treated myself to a pedicure. Wow, was that nice. My feet were sure in bad shape, so it was wonderful to get them all fixed up and rubbed. My toenails are now a bright, hot pink and ready to show off for Spring! Ladies, go out and pamper yourselves once in a while It is so worth it. And you are worth it.
This blog is going to be short tonight, but I will be back tomorrow. This week is a rather busy week, but I will always make time for my New Lifestyle blog. Goodnight all! Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast-
1 bowl creamy buckwheat cereal with almond milk and blueberries
1 c. green tea
32 oz water
Mid-morning snack-
1/2 c. pumpkin seeds
16 oz water
Lunch-
Tossed salad with tomatoes, carrots, green bell pepper and low-cal Italian dressing
16 oz water
No mid-afternoon snack
Dinner-
3 small pieces of ham
2 Tbs. cheesy potatoes
3 Tbs. creamed peas
1 c. cooked carrots
2 Tbs. sweet potatoes
16 oz water
No after-dinner snack
