Well, nothing real eventful happened today. I spent most of my day organizing and cleaning. Seems pretty overwhelming at this point. But I am determined to get it all done before next week. I will be so glad when it is done. And when it is done, I will keep up on things weekly. I guess I just have so much on my plate right now, that I forget to keep up in my household duties. **sigh**
I got my first ZumbAtomic gig today! Well, not really an official gig, but a practice session. My friend wants me to come to her school where she teaches PE and teach her 1-5 graders. This Thursday I will go in and teach the first graders. They will be in the Little Stars class. Can't wait! She said that they will love it, and I am excited to show them.
I did not get any exercise in today. Blah. I am not happy about that at all. I focused on cleaning this darn house all day. Plus, I was still working on products for an order. I am going to run on the treadmill in the morning and then teach my usual class tomorrow night. Yay!
I am off to bed now. I have to put this little clip on my finger all night to test my oxygen levels while I sleep. Then I have to take it back to the Dr. tomorrow and then she determines whether I need to go into a sleep center for a night and be tested. Fun fun. Good night everyone! Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast-
1 bowl creamy buckwheat cereal with almond milk and blueberries
1 c. green tea
32 oz water
Mid-morning snack-
1/2 c. dried cherries
16 oz water
Lunch-
Chef Salad with ham, turkey bacon, tomatoes, carrots, celery, boiled eggs, sunflower seeds and balsamic vinegar
16 oz water
Mid-afternoon snack-
1 bowl boiled cabbage with vinegar and butter spray
16 oz water
Dinner-
Smoothie with 1 c. almond milk, 1 scoop shakeology powder, 1 apple, 1/2 c. frozen blueberries and handful of spinach
1/2 c. mixed nuts
16 oz water
After-dinner snack-
2 c. air-popped popcorn
